Pho was, and still is today, the family’s version of a Sunday roast. Mum would make a large pot on Saturday night and on Sunday our family would gather to share this wonderful beef broth soup. Pink Lotus Pho’s are all served with rice noodles, onion, bean sprouts, lots of fresh herbs, a touch of lime, hoisin sauce and Chilli Jam.

Rice Plates are served with Steamed rice, green salad, traditional Nước chấm (Chilli) sauce and Pickles with your choice of topping.
